In a fiery realm where pride takes flight, Two dragons bask in love’s eternal light. With tattoos adorned, the young and old unite, Their passion blazes, their flames ignite.
The elder dragon, wise with beard so long, Embraces fire’s wisdom, fierce and strong. The younger one, with skin so smooth and bright, Ignites desire with a radiant light.
Through generations, nature’s wisdom flows, From old to young, a bond that only grows. With fire’s passion and love’s alluring art, Together, they kindle flames that never depart.
Notes
- Hair, Tattoos. White hair is a metaphor for time. Dragon tattoos give further references to the dragon origin.
- Age Difference. The depiction of an older and younger couple is both literal and figurative. The literal references the relationships of mixed age couples. As a metaphor, the image references the bond amongst men within the gay community. The older generation helping the younger generation face the challenges that they had when they were younger. It’s the extended family that we share.
- Black and White. The removal of colors allows us to see the forms more clearly. Photographs of men kissing often shows the shape of a heart. This form is much more apparent when shown in black and white, when the color of the bodies blends more harmoniously with each other. Two as one.
