Using a very similar prompt from Step 2, I added stylistic modifiers to influence the look. Specifically, I added keywords like: cinematic film, shallow depth of field, vignette, highly detailed, high budget, bokeh, cinemascope, moody, epic, gorgeous, film grain, grainy.
These are the type of things that AI engines like Midjourney does it to your prompts, btw. There are lots of prompt expansions running behind the scenes — it’s why MJ has out-of-the-box gorgeous renders. A lot of people who just picked up AI thought that one AI engine is better than the other — but it’s not necessarily the case. It’s mostly because some AI engines did magical things for you in the background. Technically, they’re intercepting your prompts. When you asked for restaurants, it didn’t just add an empty restaurant, they add the people, the decoration, mood lighting, etc. So that‘s why renders like that tend to look better.
If you don’t like to figure out how to do it, there’re plugins that do these things easily for you. One such that I can recommend is the SDXL Style Selector. You can use the default styles, but you can add your own also. For example, if I am trying to emulate the paintings of Titian, then I would design my own prompt and then save it as a preset.
