Dad - Virile Motion
Made these back in June 2023 when I was working on the Stable Diffusion versions of the Mondrian series. Technically, they failed my own creative brief, since my intention was to highlight the rectangular forms of the Mondrian paintings — I did include one image that I thought was succesful and met the creative brief as the last image in the set, so that you can compare. It doesn’t mean that I don’t like these images, so I thought that I would post them as a separate post.
These were rendered with Virile Motion, the checkpoint model Scratchproof made to resemble the style of 3D renders typically seen in pixar animation. There is a small number of AI creators who utilized this model extensively. You can see examples of that by browsing the #VirileMotion tag on Instagram.
What I liked most about this model is how adorable these characters are, yet with the photorealistic qualities e.g. the hairy bodies and the out-of-focus bokeh. Particuarly impressive is how it renders water splashes, which I hope that these images show.
