As per usual, if I find an interesting idea, I always try to extend it further. The Jockstrap Infographic was a fun idea, but why stop there?
The original series was made just with a keyword reference poster. On the UD Discord server, people were having fun with it. I looked at these reference posters and thought that while the layout was fun, it would work so much better as a character design sheet. So I added the CharTurnerv2 embedding (Textual Inversion) and played with the idea further. But I didn’t quite like the Charturner look, and while browsing on Civitai, saw that the author had another embedding called planIt, which was designed to make the gens look like documentation. I like that style better so I used it in these renders.
In this iteration, I played around with the idea of a futuristic warrior wearing a jockstrap in a more casual manner. Instead of the traditional idea of a warrior in full battle gear, this character exudes a laid-back and relaxed vibe. The fusion of future technology and the classic jockstrap is evident in their attire, which takes inspiration from American football gear while incorporating elements from other team sports. The overall look is meant to be fun and easygoing.
The result is a fusion of advanced technology and the familiar jockstrap aesthetic. The resulting attire resembles American football gear, complete with knee pads and other elements borrowed from different team sports.
