Sculptors and Sculptures, photorealistic pencil drawings in black and white.

From the Builders of the Great Greek Temple series, these drawings depict muscular sculptors sculpting sculptures of the Greek Gods for a greek temple. I used black and white drawings for these to try to blend the two types of figure forms together, making the transition from the sculptors and sculptures more fluid. Visually, you can mostly tell these two types of figures — the human sculptors and the marble sculptures purely based on their differences in size and physical scale.

Also a play on the idea of size differences for those who enjoy that subject matter.
